During these unusual times, like so many other industries, we in construction and development are making adjustments informed by evolving best practice. At Bmor we are monitoring government guidelines closely and have sadly taken the decision that to uphold social distancing precautions we must close our York Road site, during the height of this pandemic.

We will monitor this situation daily, keep all parties informed and continue works as soon as it is safe and permitted to do so. This pause has not been taken lightly, though we are utilising the opportunity to take stock of the great progress in this development so far. Works have been successfully ongoing until site closure, and we will now focus our efforts on creating and distributing a revised programme. This will inevitably involve a slight delay compared with initial timelines, as a result of COVID-19, but we intend to keep this delay as minimal as possible.

We remain excited about this development and committed to delivering these great new homes to the capital. As the situation evolves, we will be in touch with updates and further information.
