Daniel Stalder


With a wealth of senior experience across land acquisitions, residential development, raising finance and asset management, Dan leads our strategic direction. Prior to Bmor, he worked at JP Morgan, specialising in leveraged buyouts for private equity clients.

Jason Tracey


A founder of the business, Jason has guided Bmor from a residential sales company to be a multi-disciplinary, international development and investment business. He is actively involved in all aspects of our operations, as well as advising a range of clients and investors.

Paul Irwin


Focused on our acquisition activities, Paul has completed transactions of more than £400m GDV. He’s also oversees our regeneration projects outside of London, including Cork & Belfast and The Midlands. As well as advising a number of Institutional Funds, Family Offices and HNWIs.

Adrian Tracey


Initially leading our sales function, Adrian was responsible for opening up new channels both in the UK, Asia and Africa. Today he’s focused on acquisitions, scouring the market for the next exciting opportunity, and operational real estate, a market where Bmor is extremely active.

James Perkins

Operations Director

James primarily focuses on our financial/legal matters and investor relations. James is also highly experienced in residential developments, commercial asset management and alternative investments.

Andy Cox

Construction Director

After training as an engineer, Andy delivered a number of complex residential, hotel, commercial and student accommodation projects, before focusing on the development sector. He is responsible for the delivery of all our projects, from inception through to handover.

Julian Baker

Sales Director

With a career spanning estate agency, providing in-house accommodation solutions for banks and managing serviced apartment portfolios, Julian has a wealth of property experience. Today he leads our developments' sales, creating innovative campaigns that deliver real results. 

James O'Brien

Head of Planning

James manages our planning and development processes, from feasibility to obtaining planning permission. Having worked across inner city and heritage residential schemes, complex mixed-use sites and large leisure sites, he’s adept at tackling diverse challenges. Outside of the office, James exclusively drinks Carling in homage to Tottenham's most recent major trophy success.

Stephanie Gibb

Head of Marketing & PR

Having overseen our sales progression and after sales activities for several years – not to mention managed our London office – Stephanie has now taken on the role of leading Bmor’s marketing and PR. 

Eoin Gill

Finance & Operations Director

Eoin manages the finance and operations for our Irish projects in our Cork office. He has extensive experience across Accounting, Banking, Restructuring and Corporate Finance with a specific focus on property transactions, including origination and financing, risk assessment, credit underwriting, and general market knowledge across both the residential and commercial development sectors.
