With a wealth of senior experience across land acquisitions, residential development, raising finance and asset management, Dan leads our strategic direction. Prior to Bmor, he worked at JP Morgan, specialising in leveraged buyouts for private equity clients.
A founder of the business, Jason has guided Bmor from a residential sales company to be a multi-disciplinary, international development and investment business. He is actively involved in all aspects of our operations, as well as advising a range of clients and investors.
Focused on our acquisition activities, Paul has completed transactions of more than £400m GDV. He’s also oversees our regeneration projects outside of London, including Cork & Belfast and The Midlands. As well as advising a number of Institutional Funds, Family Offices and HNWIs.
Initially leading our sales function, Adrian was responsible for opening up new channels both in the UK, Asia and Africa. Today he’s focused on acquisitions, scouring the market for the next exciting opportunity, and operational real estate, a market where Bmor is extremely active.
As Head of Marketing and PR, Stephanie leads strategic communications at Bmor. As well as overseeing all our marketing initiatives and public relations efforts, she also ensures that our developments resonate with target audiences through creative strategies and effective campaigns.
Overseeing our residential sales and managing the conveyancing process, Emma is our main point of a contact for clients, agents, solicitors and mortgage brokers. A vital role that ensures our sales are progressing in a timely fashion.
James primarily focuses on our financial/legal matters and investor relations. James is also highly experienced in residential developments, commercial asset management and alternative investments.
As well as being responsible for the smooth running of our London office, Olivia also provides crucial administerial support to the company directors.
Elliot works on Bmor’s Supported, Social and Affordable housing strategy. Working closely with all our investment and operational partners, he is responsible for managing the delivery of our investments into the social housing space.
A chartered surveyor and member of the RICS, Philipp has a wealth of experience across residential and commercial agency and valuations. Before joining Bmor, he worked as an investment surveyor at an institutional investment management firm.
