Weighing in at 91kg, the cream of Cork, the silver fox of the ring... Ladies and Gentlemen, we give you Paul 'The Punisher' Irwin.

On the 16th November, Paul took part in a white-collar charity fight at the Float like a Butterfly Ball. After six months of gruelling training, he was mentally and physically prepared for the bout.

Or he was physically and mentally prepared for the bout he thought he was going to have - the referee decided that it would be better for them to fight three minute rounds rather than the two they had been told about. 

Like an Irish Rocky, he didn't let this extra load stand in the way of glory; ducking, weaving and jabbing his way to a well deserved victory in the second round. He's still keeping up the boxing , but we'll have to wait and see if he gets back in the ring again.
