In March 2014, Bmor acquired Broadway House, an income-producing office block in Bromley with Permitted Development Rights for 34 apartments.

We exchanged on the site two days after viewing and in June 2015, achieved planning permission for a further 9 residential units as part of an extension and re-cladding of the building. All the residential units were sold off-plan.
